The calendar shows a summary of ongoing activities at a glance. It serves as a shortcut for viewing, updating and adding tasks. It includes a filter for querying task data within a given range.

The Calendar can be accessed on the Dashboard or Customer Pipeline page


On the Dashboard, the calendar can be seen showing details of active events and activities at a glanceclick View all Events to display the calendar



  • Alternatively, from the Dashboard, click on the menu icon to display the page options


  • Click on Customer management, then click on Calendar



  • The Calendar shows active tasks on their due date to ensure tasks are not forgotten. Click on the selected task to explore it



  • Click on the filter icon on the calendar menu to query task data within a specified period



  • Specify search query to display tasks assigned to Sales team member between a set period. Click Apply when done
