Updating Shelf Stock

As a merchandiser or promoter visiting an outlet, we will go through the process of updating the product information right from the app.

  1. Click on the start meeting shortcut on your dashboard.
  2. Select the contact name of the store and click on  Start meeting
  3. Click on the shelf stock button.
  4. Search for a particular product using the search bar.
  5. Use the plus and minus buttons to update the current stock for products in terms of cartons and pieces based on how the display is.
  6. Click on the update button.
  7. Click on Confirm.

Note: Each time you complete an activity, you will see a done checkmark below it so you can see your progress.


Primary Display Photos

Next, you need to take images of the primary display by clicking on the primary display button. On the meeting page;


  1. Click on the Primary Display button.
  2. You can select the brand from this drop-down menu.
  3. Click take the photo icon to take a picture.
  4. You can add more photos by using this button. 
  5. Click on save photos and head back to the meeting page.

Note: The only brands that will show up on this page are the ones we just previously updated during our shelf stock activity since you can only take a picture of items that are already on the shelf.

Updating Warehouse Stock


Back on the meetings page:


  1. Click on the Warehouse Stock button.
  2. Use this dropdown to pick the specific brand you are working on.
  3. You can also just search for a particular product using the search bar.
  4. Use the plus and minus buttons to update the current stock or you can just type it in.
  5. Click on the update button.
  6. Click on Confirm.


Secondary Display Photos

Back on the meetings page, If you are scheduled to take pictures of a secondary display,

  1. Click on the Secondary Display button.
  2. You can select the brand from here.
  3. You can see the type of display here, in this case - it’s a checkout counter display.
  4. Click take the photo icon to take a picture.
  5. You can add more photos of this particular brand if there are multiple checkout counter displays.
  6. Click on save photos and head back to the meeting page.
  7. Click on Stop Meeting.
