This is a quick overview of some basic icons that you will come across while using the app; to understand what their functions are:




  1. App menu icon: it's on the top left corner of the screen. When you click it, you will see a list of sections on the app that you can navigate to including Dashboard, Presence Management, Customer Management, Order Management, Team management, reports, settings, contact, and logout.
  2. Dropdown Icon: Clicking on this icon gives you a list of options to choose from.
  3. Options icon: whenever you see this, you can click it to view more options on an item.
  4. Add icon: it is usually at the bottom right of some pages. You can use it to add or create new things.
  5. Filter icon: you can use it to sort reports, lists into specifics.
  6. Download icon: click on it to download a report from the current page on your phone.
  7. Back icon: You can use the back button whenever you need to go back to a previous page, which is the left-pointing arrow at the top left corner of the page.
  8. Support button: You will find this at the bottom of every page which you can use to raise a complaint whenever you run into an issue.



Settings Overview


This is a comprehensive overview of some settings that you will come across while using the app to understand what their functions are. From the App Menu:





  1. Click on Settings - The settings page is divided into several sections:
  2. App settings: you can update your app and sync data here.
  3. Basic settings: you can change basic settings as regards customers, orders, plans, and every other activity you do on the app.
  4. Customize Dashboard: you can choose what shortcuts you want to see on your dashboard.
  5. Update Password: you can update your current password.
  6. Roles: you can create and manage user roles.
  7. Permissions: you can assign access levels to specific users or roles.
  8. Users:  you can add, remove, and manage users on your team.
  9. Import data:  you can bulk import contacts, products, and more to your account.
  10. Customize forms: you can customize your survey and customer registration forms.
